Continental was founded on a simple observation: elite recruitment is still handled with tools that were never designed for it. Spreadsheets get lost, reports live in inboxes, and the best insight often never reaches the person making the final call.

We work as a small, private group of scouts, analysts and former technical staff. Our mandate is narrow — help a handful of partner clubs and agencies evaluate players with more rigour, and share that intelligence securely.

We are deliberately not a marketplace, a public database, or a media outlet. Every player profile is built for a purpose, and every shared view is controlled at the row level.
